Praise Band Leader

Part time (Maximum 8 hrs./ week) Praise Band Leader wanted to work with existing Praise Band in leading family friendly worship service. Leader will work with Pastor in creating Christ centered worship service that enables and inspires our congregation to draw nearer to God in music and praise. Piano and keyboard proficiency, ability to sight read music and the gift of leadership a must.
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work on themes and music selection for praise services and special programs with the Pastor.
- Lead and work with the Praise Band during weekly rehearsals and worship services.
- Help teach new music and liturgies as required.
- Choose and purchase new music for worship.
- Edit the prepared electronic media for each service.
