The Spiritual Growth Resources Committee of the Diocese of Pennsylvania invites you to join in A Time Apart – Two Days of Simple Silence and Quiet Prayer, March 4-5 at at Daylesford Abbey in Paoli. This low-key overnight retreat will help prepare you for Ash Wednesday and Lent in a year when months of ordinary time have elapsed since Epiphany, and the distractions of the world have seemed clamorous.

A Time Apart: Two Days of Simple Silence and Quiet Prayer is offered by the Spiritual Growth Resources Committee of the Diocese of Pennsylvania. The retreat, from 9:30 a.m., Friday, March 4 to 3:30 p.m., Saturday, March 5, 2011 will be held at Daylesford Abbey in Paoli.
 
The retreat will be an opportunity for rest, refreshment and simple presence to God. Brief meditations and worship will be spoken, but few other words will interrupt your time alone with God.
 
The cost of the retreat, including overnight accommodations, four meals, use of the Abbey grounds and facilities, is $145 per person. A non-refundable deposit of $30 and registration form should be returned before February 11. The balance will due at the retreat.
