The dynamics of multiple staff ministry is something one learns after leaving the seminary. Although multiple staffs are present in a minority of congregations in the ELCA, they tend to be highly visible ministries. Approximately 10% of the clergy in the Church serve in team ministry and almost all lay professionals (AIM’s, diaconal ministers and deaconesses) serve in a team setting.

The Multiple Staff Workshop will be held September 8-10, 2008 (Monday to Wednesday) at the Weber Center, Adrian, MI. This workshop is planned for teams of both clergy and non-clergy, full time and part time. To read more information and to download a registration form click here.
