Mayor Nutter and the Religious Leaders Council of Greater Philadelphia invite you to an Interfaith Service for Peace and Healing in our Community on Monday, June 2 at 11 a.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, 18th and the Parkway, Philadelphia.

The service will conclude the period of mourning for Philadelphia Police Sgt. Stephen Liczbinski and remember all victims of violence.

Bishop Burkat has recently been named a co-convenor of the Council, which formed in 2006 to bring together representatives of Christian, Jewish and Muslim faiths to build relationships of mutual support and to offer a spiritual and moral voice in the region. Pastor John Hougen serves on the Council's administrative body.
